WWE SmackDown - Best and worst- Big mistake with Drew McIntyre, Former NXT Champion disrespected again, Brock Lesnar shows a hidden talent

This week's episode of WWE SmackDown was the Brock Lesnar show. A lot of other things did happen, but honestly, all of it was outshined by how charismatic, how funny, how engaging, and how hilarious Brock Lesnar was.

And no, Roman Reigns did not appear on WWE SmackDown this week. And while his absence wasn't felt per se, it did feel like the main event match suffered as a consequence. For RK-Bro to enter the WWE SmackDown main event picture felt a bit random.

In any case, do let us know your own thoughts about WWE SmackDown in the comments. If you had to rate the show on a scale of 1-10, what points would you award it?Do you think Day 1 will be a show to remember? Which match from WWE SmackDown and RAW are you hyped about?

#3 Best/Worst: The WWE SmackDown main event

It's really funny that so soon after a Brand vs. Brand war, the RAW Tag Team Champions showed up on WWE SmackDown to participate in the main event match. Yes, the contest was solid and entertaining, as you would expect from three teams of this stature. That said, it just seemed quite pointless.

The objective of the WWE SmackDown main event was clearly to further the feud between The Usos and the New Day. Both teams are set to collide at the upcoming Day 1 pay-per-view.

That said, there was just an X-factor missing from this match somehow.

In any case, one cannot complain when three of the best tag teams in the world take each other to the limit. Let's hope that the other tag teams in the division - The Viking Raiders and Los Lotharios - also get their due soon.

#2 Best: An impressive WWE SmackDown debut

The WWE SmackDown debut of Xia Li was a sight to behold. The way that she was presented was impressive in the best possible way. She came off looking like a Marvel hero, with special powers thanks to some exemplary special effects. There's a lot of effort that has clearly gone into Li's WWE SmackDown debut and one has to hope that there are big plans for this talented young woman.

#2 Worst: Why is Drew McIntyre feuding with Corbin and Moss?

WWE SmackDown stars King Corbin and Madcap Moss are probably nice guys in real life. But their on-screen personas are unbearable, and for them to steal Drew McIntyre's sword means an extended feud with him.

This is clearly a step down for the Scottish Warrior. Yes, he's being kept away from Roman Reigns for now, but he could be a part of so many other programs.

Let's hope that this WWE SmackDown program is over soon. And that Drew McIntyre doesn't get dragged down in the process.

#1 Best: Was Brock Lesnar always such a great entertainer?

WWE SmackDown fans were treated to some hilarious segments on this week's show. And the man who stepped out from Paul Heyman's shadow to showcase just how funny he is to the world was one Brooooooooooooooooock Lesnar.

Whether it was him pulling out a flip phone in Adam Pearce's office, or interacting with Sami Zayn in a wheelchair, Brock Lesnar was gold. If there was any doubt about him assuming the spot of the top babyface spot on WWE SmackDown, fear not. Brock Lesnar is clearly having the time of his life, and fans are just as entertained.

#1 Worst: The most misused man on WWE SmackDown - Shinsuke Nakamura

If anyone here has checked out Shinsuke Nakamura's NXT run, she/he/they may be disappointed at how he is being used on WWE SmackDown right now.

Nakamura is a shell of his former self, and the WORST part is that he's not even defending his Intercontinental Championship anymore.

No, he's just a part of pointless segments with Los Lotharios. The booking is disrespectful.
